Here are five examples of exercises included in our Functional Training:
Squat variations – to strengthen leg and glute muscles and improve posture
Core exercises – to strengthen the abdominal and back muscles and improve posture
Shoulder press – to strengthen shoulder and back muscles and improve posture
Kettlebell exercises – to improve strength, endurance and flexibility
Plyometric exercises – to improve explosive power and coordination
