Overview
Refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some types of merchandise are excluded from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Some health and personal care items
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Please return your purchase to the operator of the store and not to us or the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is possible:
Books with obvious signs of use, CDs, DVDs, video cassettes, software, video games, cassettes or records that have been opened. Items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts that are not due to seller error. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund
Once the retailer has received and reviewed your return, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account or payment method account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for a refund to be officially reversed.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted. If you have done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact the store owner. If this does not work either, please contact the Aurelius marketplace at info@aurelius-shop.de. However, we expressly point out that the Aurelius Marketplace is not liable for transactions with operators of individual stores. In such cases, we can only act as an intermediary.
Offer items
Only regular price items can be refunded. Offer items can not be refunded.
Exchange
Only items that are defective or damaged will be replaced. If you want to exchange an item, send an e-mail to the operator of the and negotiate any exchange conditions with the store operator.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return to the store. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will learn of the return.
Return
To return a product, please send it to the address indicated in the respective store, not to us. You must pay the shipping costs to return the item yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the exchanged product to arrive. If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

If you are not successful with your request to the store even after several attempts, please send us an email to info@aurelius-shop.de with an understandable description of the problem and stating all data and including all purchase receipts.
