Workout: Sport Specific Training – 10 x 45 minutes
Increase your performance and reduce your risk of injury in your sport with our sport-specific training. As a qualified trainer with a lot of experience, I will help you prepare your muscles and joints for the demands of your sport. Through specific stretching, strength training and coordination exercises, you will increase your performance and reduce the risk of injury.
Here are five examples of exercises included in our sport-specific training:
