As a qualified trainer who loves nature herself and spends a lot of time in it, I will guide you not only through varied exercises but also to wonderful places and include the environment in our training. Here are some examples of exercises that are included in our outdoor training:
Trail Running – experience nature while running on the trails of South Africa.
Beach Workouts – use the sand on the beach as a natural training tool
Hiking – discover nature while hiking through the mountains or forests
Swimming in the lake or lagoon – improve your endurance and relax in the clear water of the lakes or the lagoon of Knysna
Mountain biking – experience nature on two wheels and improve your stamina
Kayaking – explore the rivers and lakes of South Africa and improve your endurance and strength.
