HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training
Improve your fat burning and endurance with HIIT training. As an experienced trainer, I will guide you through intense interval training that is tailored to your individual needs.
Here are five examples of exercises that are included in our HIIT training:

Burpees – a complex full-body exercise that improves endurance, strength and flexibility

Sprinter push-ups – an advanced variation of push-ups that strengthens the chest and arm muscles and improves endurance

Box jumps – an explosive exercise that improves leg muscles and explosiveness

Kettlebell swing – an exercise that improves core muscles and endurance

Tabata exercises – a form of HIIT training where short, intense intervals of 20 seconds are performed with 10 seconds of rest to improve endurance and fat burning.

The class consists of 10 sessions of 45 minutes each, by appointment.
HIIT stands for „High-Intensity Interval Training“ and it involves short, intense workout sessions followed by short breaks. It is often considered one of the most effective methods for burning fat and improving endurance. It is a very intense form of training and it requires a certain level of physical fitness, therefore I do not recommend it for beginners or people with pre-existing health conditions without consulting with a doctor first.
