Workout: Flex-Training & Stretching – 10 x 45 minutes
Increase your flexibility and reduce your risk of injury with my flexibility training and special stretching exercises. As a qualified trainer with a lot of experience, I will help you stretch and strengthen your muscles and joints. I will also help you do the exercises correctly so as not to do the opposite.
Here are a few examples of exercises that are included in our flexibility and stretching workouts:
Stretching exercises for the spine – to improve flexibility and posture of the spine.
Stretching exercises for the legs – to improve the flexibility of the legs and the mobility of the joints
Stretching exercises for the shoulders – to improve the flexibility of the shoulders and the mobility of the joints
