Workout: Core Training – 10 x 45 minutes

These muscles include the abdominal muscles, the back muscles, and the muscles around the hips. A strong core can help improve posture, prevent injuries, and improve performance in other sports and activities. As an experienced trainer, I will guide you through a varied workout based on your individual needs and goals. Especially for people with back problems it is very important to strengthen the core muscles and above all to make sure that the exercises are performed correctly.
Here are five examples of exercises that are included in core training:
Planks – to strengthen core muscles and posture.
Back stretches – to improve back muscles and posture
Side planks – to strengthen the core muscles and posture
Leg lifts – to strengthen the abdominal muscles and posture
Russian Twists – to improve core muscles and coordination
